- Wash gently at 30° (Use a handwash or wool program with max. 600 rotations)
Wool has its own natural scent - that's totally normal and just part of it! Wool is also naturally antibacterial and self-cleaning, so you don't actually have to wash it. #AirIsTheBestCare
It's best to simply air your KLEKKS wool blanket outside to keep it nice and fresh!
But if you do need to wash it, here are a few tips:
- Use gentle wool detergent
- Select wool wash cycle or delicate cycle
- Maximum 600 rotations (!)
- Water temperature not over 30°C
- Alternatively, hand wash gently
- Do not scrub, stretch or wring out
- Let it air dry flat
Our blankets are made from 100% natural materials and are a woven product. Therefore, heavy use and friction can occasionally lead to pilling or small pieces of fluff - this is nothing dramatic! It's best to simply go over it with a lint shaver or a lint brush - this will keep your Klekks in top shape! 🧶✨
In the event of stains, dab immediately with a clean, damp cloth - never rub, as this could damage the fibers.
For stubborn stains, we recommend professional cleaning. 💧
Disclaimer: There is the possibility of your Klekks shrinking even though you washed it very carefully.

Returns cost 5€
You can download a DHL or UPS label from the portal. Alternatively, you can return with a shipping service provider of your choice (incl. tracking). -
EU, Switzerland & United Kingdom:
Returns cost 8-15 € (depending on the country).
You can create a chargeable label (approx. 8-15 €, will be deducted from your refund) from DHL or UPS in the returns portal, or organize the return shipment yourself.
Switzerland and United Kingdom: Please make sure to mark your package clearly visible as a return to avoid problems at customs.

Within the EU, we ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Outside the EU, we ship to Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Please note: For deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, import taxes and customs duties may apply. These charges must be covered by you.
Within Germany and to Switzerland, your order will be shipped with DHL. Within the EU (including the United Kingdom), your order will be shipped with UPS.
Within Germany, delivery of your KLEKKS blanket is free of charge.
For shipping within Europe (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom), we charge a shipping fee of €10.
We pack your order as quickly as possible. Within Germany, it typically takes 2-3 business days from the order date for your KLEKKS blanket to arrive.
During special launch events or for international shipments, it may take a few extra days.
Shipments within Europe take approximately 3-5 business days from the order date.

Wenn du aus Deutschland zurücksendest, übernehmen wir die Rücksendekosten.
Für Rücksendungen aus anderen Ländern kannst du dir im Retourenportal ein kostenpflichtiges DHL oder UPS Label (zwischen 5-15€, je nach Land) erstellen.

Nach Erhalt der Ware erstatten wir dir das Geld innerhalb von 7 Werktagen zurück. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung sind von dir selbst zu tragen.
