Due to the high order volume, shipping might take a little longer than usual - but don’t worry, your KLEKKS will be absolutely worth the wait, and we’re doing our very best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible! 💛

Within the EU we deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Outside the EU we deliver to Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Please note: For deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, import taxes and customs duties may apply and must be paid by you.

Within Germany and Switzerland, your order will be shipped with DHL. Within the EU (incl. United Kingdom) your order will be shipped with UPS.

Within Germany, delivery of your KLEKKS blanket is free of charge. 

For shipping within Europe (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom), we charge a shipping fee of €10.

We pack your order as quickly as possible. Within Germany, it typically takes 2-3 business days from the order date for your KLEKKS blanket to arrive (with DHL).

During special launch events or for international shipments, it may take a few extra days.

Shipments within Europe take approximately 3-5 business days from the order date (with UPS). Orders to Switzerland are shipped with DHL.

💡 Good to know:
Sometimes your parcel might show as “electronically announced” in DHL tracking for a few days before it’s first scanned. That’s totally normal and nothing to worry about!

If it stays that way for more than 5 days, please contact us – we’ll look into it right away.

We want you to love your new KLEKKS 100%! If that’s not the case, you can return your blanket within 14 days.

If you are returning from Germany, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns from other countries, you can create a DHL or UPS label (between 5-15€, depending on the country) in the returns portal.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please note: If you are returning an order from a non-EU country (e.g., Switzerland or the United Kingdom), please make sure your package is clearly marked as a return to avoid customs issues. Don’t forget to include the original packing list inside the package, and inform your shipping provider that it’s a return.
