Within the EU, we deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Outside the EU, we deliver to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the USA.

Please note: For deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, import taxes and customs duties may apply, which you will be responsible for.

Within Germany, to Switzerland, and to the USA, your order will be shipped with DHL. Within the EU (incl. United Kingdom), your order will be shipped with UPS.

Shipping of your KLEKKS blanket is free within Germany.

For shipping within Europe (incl. Switzerland and the United Kingdom), we charge a flat shipping fee of €10.

For shipping to the USA, we charge a flat shipping fee of $20.

We pack your order as quickly as possible. Within Germany, it typically takes 2-3 business days from the time of order until your KLEKKS blanket arrives.

During special launch promotions or for international shipments, it may take a few days longer.

Shipments within Europe take approx. 3-5 business days from the time of order (with UPS).

Shipments to the USA take approx. 6-12 business days from the time of order (with DHL).

The easiest way is via our chatbot on the website 🤖 - it will always show you the current status of your package.

💡 Good to know:
Your package may show as "electronically announced" in the DHL tracking for a few days before it is scanned for the first time. This is completely normal and no cause for concern!

However, if your package remains in this status for longer than 5 days, please contact us – we will then investigate immediately. 🔍

We want you to love your new KLEKKS 100%. If you don't, you can return your blanket to us within 30 days.

Simply register your return via our returns portal: https://klekks.returnsportal.online
If you are returning from Germany, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns from other countries, you can create a paid DHL or UPS label (between €5-15, depending on the country) in the returns portal.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund your money within 7 working days. The cost of return shipping is to be borne by you.

Please note: If you are returning from a non-EU country (e.g. Switzerland, UK or USA), make sure that it is clear on your package that it is a return to avoid it being intercepted by customs. Don't forget to include the original packing list in the package and inform your shipping provider that it is a return.

For returns from the USA:
Register your return via our returns portal . Our customer team will then contact you and create a paid UPS label for you. We will deduct €25 from your refund for this. Alternatively, you can arrange the return shipping yourself.

Important: Please remember to attach the commercial invoice to the package so that customs clearance is quick and smooth.

The longevity of our blankets is very important to us. Here are a few tips on how to best care for your Klekks:

Wool blankets: Due to its natural oil content, wool naturally repels dirt and cleans itself.

Therefore, it's best to avoid washing and instead air the blanket outdoors.

If you do need to wash the blanket, here are a few tips:

- Only with gentle wool detergent

- Max 30° and with a wool program or hand wash

- Max. 600 revolutions

- Do not scrub, pull apart, or wring. Tip: Press the blanket semi-dry between towels and lay flat to air dry (no tumble dryer)

- For stubborn stains, we recommend professional cleaning.

Disclaimer: Your Klekks may shrink a few centimeters despite careful washing.

Pilling is a natural occurrence in wool products and results from friction. You can gently comb the blanket with a pilling comb to remove the knots and make the blanket soft and fluffy again.

By the way - it's absolutely normal for our wool blanket to smell like wool when unpacked, as the blanket is still brand new. However, this smell usually dissipates after a short time. Pro tip: Air the blanket fully unfolded outdoors.
