Within the EU, we ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Outside the EU, we ship to Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Please note: For deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, any applicable customs duties and/or processing fees are to be covered by you.

Within Germany and to Switzerland, your order will be shipped with DHL. Within the EU (including the United Kingdom), your order will be shipped with UPS.

Within Germany, delivery of your KLEKKS blanket is free of charge. For shipping within Europe (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom), we charge a shipping fee of €10.

We'll pack your order as quickly as possible. Within Germany, it typically takes 2-3 working days from the order date until your KLEKKS blanket arrives.

During special launch events or shipments abroad, it may take a day or two longer. Shipments within Europe usually take approximately 3 to 5 working days from the order date.

We want you to love your new KLEKKS 100%. If, for any reason, you don't, you can return your blanket to us within 14 days. Simply initiate your return through our returns portal: https://klekks.returnsportal.online/

Upon receiving the item, we will refund your money within 7 working days. The cost of return shipping is to be covered by you.

Attention: If you are returning from a non-EU country (e.g. Switzerland, UK), make sure your package clearly indicates that it is a return to avoid it being intercepted by customs.

We deeply care about the longevity of our blankets. Here are some tips on how to care for your Klekks:

Due to its natural oil content, wool naturally repels dirt and cleans itself. So it's best to avoid washing them and instead, air the blanket outside.

If you do need to wash the blanket, here are some tips:

- Use a gentle wool detergent only.

- Wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C using a wool program or hand wash.

- Spin at a maximum speed of 600 rotations.

- Do not scrub, stretch or wring out. Tip: Press the blanket between towels until half-dry and leave it to dry flat in an airy space (do not tumble dry).

- For difficult stains, we recommend professional cleaning.

Disclaimer: There is the possibility of your Klekks shrinking even though you washed it very carefully. 

Pilling is a natural occurrence amongst products made of wool. It is a direct result of friction. Carefully comb your blanket with a pilling comb to remove pills and make the blanket soft and fluffy again.

By the way, it's completely normal for our wool blanket to have a wool odor when unpacking as it is brand new. This smell usually dissipates after a short while. Pro tip: Air the blanket fully spread out outside.
