Delivery

Within the EU, we ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Outside the EU, we ship to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Please note: For shipments to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, import taxes and customs duties may apply, which are your responsibility.

Within Germany, to Switzerland, and to the United States, your order will be shipped via DHL. Within the EU (including the United Kingdom), your order will be shipped via UPS.

Delivery of your KLEKKS blanket is free within Germany.

For shipping within Europe (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom), we charge a flat shipping fee of €10.

For shipping to the United States, we charge a flat shipping fee of $20.

We’ll ship your order as soon as possible. Within Germany, it typically takes 2–3 business days from the time of order for your KLEKKS blanket to arrive.

For special launch promotions or international shipments, it may take a few days longer.

Shipments within Europe take approximately 3–5 business days from the time of order (via UPS).

Shipments to the U.S. take approximately 6–12 business days from the time of order (via DHL).

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new KLEKKS 100%. If that’s not the case, you can return your blanket to us within 30 days.

Simply register your return via our returns portal: https://klekks.returnsportal.online

If you’re returning from Germany, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For returns from other countries, you can generate a paid DHL or UPS label (between €5–15, depending on the country) via the returns portal.

Once we receive the item, we’ll refund your money within 7 business days.

Please note: If you’re returning from a non-EU country (e.g., Switzerland, the UK, or the US), make sure your package is clearly marked as a return to avoid it being held up by customs. Don’t forget to include the original packing slip in the package and inform your shipping provider that it’s a return.

For returns from the US: Register your return via our returns portal. Our customer service team will then contact you and provide you with a paid UPS label. We will deduct €25 from your refund for this. Alternatively, you can arrange the return shipping yourself.

Important: Please remember to attach the commercial invoice to the package to ensure quick and smooth customs clearance.

HOW TO CARE

We deeply care about the longevity of our blankets. Here are some tips on how to care for your Klekks:

Due to its natural oil content, wool naturally repels dirt and cleans itself. So it's best to avoid washing them and instead, air the blanket outside.

If you do need to wash the blanket, here are some tips:

- Use a gentle wool detergent only.

- Wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C using a wool program or hand wash.

- Spin at a maximum speed of 600 rotations.

- Do not scrub, stretch or wring out. Tip: Press the blanket between towels until half-dry and leave it to dry flat in an airy space (do not tumble dry).

- For difficult stains, we recommend professional cleaning.

Disclaimer: There is the possibility of your Klekks shrinking even though you washed it very carefully. 

Pilling is a natural occurrence amongst products made of wool. It is a direct result of friction. Carefully comb your blanket with a pilling comb to remove pills and make the blanket soft and fluffy again.

By the way, it's completely normal for our wool blanket to have a wool odor when unpacking as it is brand new. This smell usually dissipates after a short while. Pro tip: Air the blanket fully spread out outside.

Please note: We only accept returns of unwashed and unused blankets.
