
General Return Policy
We want your Klekks blanket to be the perfect addition to your space. That's why you have 14 days to return the blanket after receiving it.
Register your return in our returns portal and send the blanket back to the correct return address. Once the blanket has arrived at our warehouse, we will refund you the full amount.
Please note that we cannot accept any blankets that have been used or washed.

How it works
Please register your return in our returns portal.
Returns from Germany: If you are returning from Germany, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns from other countries, we ask you to bear the shipping costs yourself.
Returns from the EU, Switzerland and the United Kingdom: Please send your return to the address given in the returns portal. You can download a shipping label from DHL or UPS for a fee (between €8-15 depending on the country) from our returns portal. Alternatively, you can of course take care of the return shipment yourself and send the blanket to the address given in the returns portal. Please make sure that the parcel is recognizable as a return to avoid any problems at customs.
Returns from the USA: After you have registered your return via our returns portal, our customer team will contact you. We can provide you with a UPS label for a fee. Alternatively, you can organize the return yourself. Please make sure that your parcel is marked as a return to avoid delays at customs.

Would you prefer a different Klekks blanket?
First, choose a return for your product. Instead of a refund, you can select a new product directly in our returns portal. The amount will be credited towards your new order. We will cover the shipping costs for your new product.
