General Return Policy
We want your Klekks blanket to be the perfect match for your home. That's why you can return your blanket after 14 days of receiving it.
If you do wish to return your Klekks, you can register your return in our returns portal and send the blanket back to the return address mentioned in the returns portal. As soon as the blanket arrives at our warehouse, you will receive your refund within a few working days.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of used or washed blankets.
How to return your blanket
Please register your return in our returns portal.
Returns from Germany: If you return your blanket from Germany, you have the option of downloading a DHL label directly through the returns portal. The amount of €5 will be automatically deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can send your blanket back to us using a shipping service provider of your choice (please use tracking).
All other returns: Please send the return package to the address stated in the returns portal.
How to exchange your blanket
You want to exchange your Klekks blanket for another one?
First, select a return for your product. Instead of a refund, you can choose a new product directly in our returns portal. Your amount will then be credited towards the new order. We will cover the shipping costs for your new product.
