When the world changes last Spring 2021, dear Lea from @great.at.living (GAL) designed a blanket with the design "Only Peace Keeps Us Warm". Now, 1 year later, we wanted to take on the project together, dedicating our Klekks No. 3 to this beautiful message and in an especially warm color 💛 With each sold blanket we donate 20€ to the organisation "Leave No One Behind", which focuses on victims living in areas that are affected by war. Limited quantity available.

It's best to air your cotton KLEKKS every now and then to keep it nice and fresh. Cotton is easier to care for than wool, but the texture can change in the wash. So, if it's not absolutely necessary, skip the washing machine!
If you do need to wash them, here are a few tips:
- Use a mild detergent
- Choose a gentle or delicate wash cycle
- Max. 600 rotations (!)
- Max. 30°C washing temperature
- Best left to air dry flat
Our blankets are made from 100% natural materials and are a woven product. Therefore, heavy use and friction can occasionally lead to pilling or small pieces of fluff - this is nothing dramatic! It's best to simply go over it with a lint shaver or a lint brush - this will keep your Klekks in top shape! 🧶✨
In the event of stains, dab immediately with a clean, damp cloth - never rub, as this could damage the fibers.
For stubborn stains, we recommend professional cleaning. 💧
Disclaimer: There is the possibility of your Klekks shrinking even though you washed it very carefully.

If this is not the case, you can return it within 14 days.

Returncosts & How To

Germany:
Return is free.
You can download a free DHL or UPS label from the portal - the costs are on us. Alternatively, you can return with a shipping service provider of your choice (incl. tracking). -
EU, Switzerland & United Kingdom:
Returns cost 8-15 € (depending on the country).
You can create a chargeable label (approx. 8-15 €, will be deducted from your refund) from DHL or UPS in the returns portal, or organize the return shipment yourself.
Switzerland and United Kingdom: Please make sure to mark your package clearly visible as a return to avoid problems at customs. -
USA:
Return costs 25€.
After you have registered your return, our customer team will contact you. You can request a UPS returns label for a fee (€25 will be deducted from your refund) - or you can send the parcel back yourself.
Important: Your parcel must be marked as a return and the commercial invoice must be attached to the parcel to ensure that customs processing runs smoothly.

Please note: For deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the USA, import taxes and customs duties may apply and must be paid by you.
Within Germany and Switzerland, your order will be shipped with DHL. Within the EU (incl. United Kingdom) your order will be shipped with UPS. We ship to the USA with DHL.
Within Germany, delivery of your KLEKKS blanket is free of charge.
For shipping within Europe (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom), we charge a shipping fee of €10.
For shipments to the United States, we charge a shipping fee of $15.
We pack your order as quickly as possible. Within Germany, it typically takes 2-3 business days from the order date for your KLEKKS blanket to arrive.
During special launch events or for international shipments, it may take a few extra days.
Shipments within Europe take approximately 3-5 business days from the order date.
Shipments to the USA take approximately 7-10 business days from the order date.
Return & exchange
We want you to love your new KLEKKS 100%! If that’s not the case, you can return your blanket within 14 days.
If you are returning from Germany, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns from other countries, we ask you to bear the shipping costs yourself.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please note: If you are returning an order from a non-EU country (e.g., Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or the USA), please make sure your package is clearly marked as a return to avoid customs issues. Don’t forget to include the original packing list inside the package, and inform your shipping provider that it’s a return.
For returns from the USA:
Register your return via our returns portal and our customer team will contact you to provide a prepaid UPS shipping label. A fee of €25 will be deducted from your refund for this service. Alternatively, you can arrange the return shipment yourself.
Important: Please remember to attach the commercial invoice to the package for smooth and quick customs processing.
