    Delivery time: 7-10 business days

We want you to love your new KLEKKS blanket 100% 🧡
If this is not the case, you can return it within 14 days.

Simply register your return via our returns portal.

Returncosts & How To

  • Germany:
    Return is free.

    You can download a free DHL or UPS label from the portal - the costs are on us. Alternatively, you can return with a shipping service provider of your choice (incl. tracking).

  • EU, Switzerland & United Kingdom:
    Returns cost 8-15 € (depending on the country).

    You can create a chargeable label (approx. 8-15 €, will be deducted from your refund) from DHL or UPS in the returns portal, or organize the return shipment yourself.

    Switzerland and United Kingdom: Please make sure to mark your package clearly visible as a return to avoid problems at customs.

  • USA:
    Return costs 25€.

    After you have registered your return, our customer team will contact you. You can request a UPS returns label for a fee (€25 will be deducted from your refund) - or you can send the parcel back yourself.

    Important: Your parcel must be marked as a return and the commercial invoice must be attached to the parcel to ensure that customs processing runs smoothly.
