Returncosts & How To

• Germany:
  Returns cost 5€
  
  You can download a DHL or UPS label from the portal. Alternatively, you can return with a shipping service provider of your choice (incl. tracking).
  

• EU, Switzerland & United Kingdom:
  Returns cost 8-15 € (depending on the country).
  
  You can create a chargeable label (approx. 8-15 €, will be deducted from your refund) from DHL or UPS in the returns portal, or organize the return shipment yourself.
  
  Switzerland and United Kingdom: Please make sure to mark your package clearly visible as a return to avoid problems at customs.
